dive into
the project
The deep sea is vital to climate regulation, resources, and global decision-making, yet it is rarely addressed in science education. DSeaM bridges this gap by bringing deep-sea issues into the classroom.
DSeaM aims to strengthen lower-secondary science teachers’ preparation and self-efficacy by enriching the Physical and Chemical Sciences curriculum and promoting students’ learning and civic engagement for sustainability through:
A blended professional development course for teachers;
An open and flexible online platform featuring lesson plans and hands-on activities.
